Cannot view page after update

Hello!

I have been using WordPress for 8 years now, and I like it very much (I’m not an expert). Recently, I found that I am not able to view a page after updating a modification. I need to log out, view page and log in again. This problem is recent. I am now in the process of changing a theme and it is very cumbersome to have to log out and log in everytime.
