Hi, Really sorry to bring this up after such a long time but I have just started to look at this again!

Hmm, are you sure the plugin is currently installed and running on your site? I only ask because it doesn’t seem like the plugin is installed at all. If you go to the plugin’s settings page and click “preview” do you see a preview of the plugin in the window?

Hi WPSmart. The problem was something to do with access rules and has now been sorted. Nothing to do with your plugin.
