Cannot view website on tablet

Hello, I purchased a responsive theme for my WordPress site and it views on a mobile phone just fine. However it will not view an Android or iPad tablet. I understand I am asking about a theme and not the core, however the theme developer is not giving me any support. Could someone please help me?

As you use a commercial theme and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

By the way, the site looks OK on my iPhone and iPad.
Ok, Steve. The developer has been basically non-supportive, so he is not my best option. Here is a hypothetical question: what are some of the causes for website to display a blank page on an iPad or certain tablet Android browsers? The tablet browser shows a scroll bar on the right side of the screen, and sometimes I can see flashes of the website.
The website views fine on a mobile phone and in desktop browsers.
