    Hey team,

    I got your error:
    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    Then in the debug log:
    We are not able to write to the /home/medita32/public_html/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

    I don’t even know where to begin.

    Please see our reply over at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/constant-contact-forms-has-experienced-issues-7/#post-12620455 for some potential options. My hunches are that option 2 would probably be more appealing overall, but if you have any hesitations at all, let us know and we can help answer questions as much as possible.

    We’re aiming to revise details around the topic of error logging soon, to help avoid this situation above more when possible.

    I got the log set up. How can I get it to populate with the errors that are preventing the recording of information? I tried to add a few test emails but they didn’t add to the list and the log is empty.

    Admittedly they just have to happen naturally again, as we don’t store previous incidents in a temporary backlog. Hopefully they don’t happen again and the admin notice stays away. However, if it does, hopefully the log will have more details at that time that we can check on.

    So, a bit of a waiting game now.

    While I’d love an absence of errors, all I’m getting is an absence of updated records. We need people’s information to be captured.

    There plugin isn’t capturing and the log isn’t recording errors.

    Is there nothing I can do?

    Just visited the site and filled in the newsletter form signup. Can you please go check for a new entry in the log as well as a new “Constant Contact Support” signup in your ConstantContact list admin?

    The log is empty. There is no new email, either listed on the site, nor on our constantcontact.com list.
