Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
- Paste the report into our PrivateBin.

It would be helpful to verify whether this problem can be reproduced in a controlled environment. We recommend using a sandbox account for this purpose. Testing in a sandbox environment allows you to simulate transactions without affecting your live site.
