to embed the form in the page, you need a shortcode. You can find all shortcodes in the plugin page in de section FAQ, under the title (Can I use shortcodes?)

It worked. One question. I am trying to translate the GDPR Message. it is in english.. I need it in German. I tryed Loco but cant find the line:
“I hereby agree to the Privacy Policy”
