Can’t acces wordpress admin page and website: Problem with ITheme Security?

Hello Team,

About three days ago I noticed that I could not access my wp-admin page or website. The first day I received a message on chrome saying something along the lines of: “This site cant be reached. It has been moved permanently or temporarily..ERR_SSL”

I called my webhost provider and they couldn’t access the page either. However, I did have a CDN added to the domain about 2 weeks before this. So the customer support tried to disable my SSL, because they thought that the SSL and CDN weren’t working together properly. Yet it still didn’t work. They then enabled the SSL again and disabled the CDN. It is now 2 days later and I still can’t access the site. BUT..now the error message is different:

Earlier today it said: “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

And about an hour later it changed again when I tried to pull up the site. Now it says:

“This site can’t be reached http://www.theyearofplenty.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Search Google for year plenty
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED”

Could this have to do with my I Themes Security Plug In? Should I try to disable Ithemes Security through the backend? If I do this will I loose all the IThemes Settings?

Maybe turning on the CDN and messing with the SSL affected something?

Please help. I am new to all of this.
