Can't access admin

    My website is displaying an error Notice: Undefined index: name in /home/content/62/9050062/html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 113 and when I try to log in to the backen (wp-admin) I get a message that says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Any help is much appreciated. Many of my pages are messed up (going to wrong links), widgets are messed up, and plugins not working.
