    Edited to add:

I also have a plugin called Wordfence that spot problems and alerts me with emails. I just received an email that highlighted nearly 150 “unknown file in …”, similar to these first few. The bulk are in the /includes folder. Entire list available if it will be helpful.

    High Severity Problems:

    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/images/about-texture.png

    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/site-editor.php

    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/block-i18n.json

    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/block-supports/dimensions.php

    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/blocks/archives/style-rtl.css

Hopefully your site is not hacked… but the wordfence says there is something wrong.. try reload your old backup.. also one thing i can figure out is your user permission is change to subscriber…

try modifying the database according to the user.
