Can´t access admin page

Hi Guys,
I have tried to search the support forum, but I can´t find a solution for this, please help me..

First of all, I am a complete newbie when it comes to this kind of things, my website http://www.forsikringshjelpenas.no was my first website, as you would understand if you could check it out.

I was trying to do some work on my site, so I tried to shut it down for while I was working on it. Obviously I did not shut it down the correct way, since I can´t access the admin page again. Somehow I removed the .no , and now I can´t do anything at all because I can’t get in to my admin page. When I type inn the correct address + wp-admin, it says that Safari can´t find the host “www.forsikringshjelpenas.” .
I have read on the forum (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_The_Site_URL) that I should access the wp-config file and define the WP_HOME file, but the thing is that I do not have a WP_HOME file in my wp-config.php file. What do I do?
Did you even understand my problem?
Any suggestions?
