cant access admin panel after update.

    tryed to upgrade to 3.2.1 and now i cant get into admin panel.

    dont know if the update worked..i can still see my site but just cant access admin.

    getting this error:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 425792 bytes) in /home/illfrequ/public_html/home/wp-admin/index.php on line 13

    ive been looking thru here for days and tryed all the memory setting things that have been mentioned but nothing has worked..still getting the same error report.

    somebody help please 🙂
