• If I try and click on any other options/pages in the editor I get the following error –
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in D:\Hosting\8784842\html\homes\wp-content\themes\Avenue\lib\post-types.php on line 217

I’m currently on the post-types theme editor page. I reverted back to the original code but it doesn’t help. No other admins can login.. I wan’t to try and uninstall some plugins to see if that’s the issue but I can’t click anywhere else.

I don’t know what is broken and I didn’t edit anything on line 217 so I’m not even sure how/why they is causing the error.

At this point I’d even be happy with going back to a blank site. Any ideas?!!

    url is oakvillenewhomes.ca

The blog I need help with is oakvillenewhomes.ca.

  • You need to use FTP or Cpanel to deactivate the theme you are using – that’s where this error is from. Once you get FTP/Cpanel access set up (ask your host if you don’t know how to use that), find the theme’s folder and rename your theme-

    wp-content
        themes
            Avenue.HOLD
