Can’t access Backen

Hi,

Hi, kindly i can’t access the backend it takes too long to load. This happen after i clicked on Purge preload cache it start clearing the cache but seems it was stuck as it kept the message Clearing cache for long.

I tried to disable the plugin through the file manager but nothing been fixed, i also tried to disable WP- Rocket also this didn’t help.
