Can’t access CPanel or WordPress

My IP is blocked due to sending requests with Ali2Woo chrome extension to import products from AliExpress. I contacted Ali2Woo support and they let me use their demo site to test it out. There were no issues with their demo site so what’s up with my site? Why am I having problems?

Bulk import doesn’t work, error. Single import works but error on first try, click “try again” and works. Repeat it few more times and eventually my site firewall blocks me. Why?

How can I fix this? What’s the problem exactly? What’s causing this and why? There’s no malicious activity, it’s just importing products from one website to another.

How can I get the logs to see what’s up? I can unblock myself to access wp-admin/ but that’s not a good solution to do always when I import products. My site will block everyone including me. I don’t have wordfence plugin so idk.

Please advise, help me get the logs but idk where and let’s see together what’s up? I want to get this issue resolved.
