Can't Access Dashboard- Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION

    Hi everyone,

    I installed Bootstrap updates and within seconds after activating got bumped off my website with this message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home2/kochwrit/public_html/meritkoch/wp-content/plugins/bootstrap-3-shortcodes/bootstrap-shortcodes.php on line 1959

    Now I can’t even sign into the dashboard without my browser showing me this same message. I know that it has to be related with the installation error, but can’t even sign in to use an older version of the working site.

    I’m a musician/actor with little tech experience. Anybody got an idea on how I can get my website back?
