Can’t access editing.

    I am logged in to my paid WordPress account and want to edit a post. If I go to the Posts lists and click on the Edit option next to the post I want to edit, I am taken to the landing page of my website. I cannot access the edit screen for any of my posts or pages, I just keep getting redirected to my website’s landing page. I am taken to the landing page as an external visitor; I have no ability to edit from there, either.

    I tried clearing the cache, disabling the extensions, switching broswers, etc. but nothing helps. Any idea on how to fix this?

    You are talking about a paid WordPress account. Are you possibly using the wordpress.com service? Then you should contact their support: https://wordpress.com/support/

    Thanks, but I did contact the wordpress.com support. They told me to post here because “site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Cloudflare”. Any other ideas?

    Contact the support of your hoster, probably Cloudflare, to rule out that it is a problem on their side. Otherwise, you would have to log in to the hosting via FTP and rename the plugin directory to rule this out as the cause. You would also need to contact your hoster’s support for FTP access.
