I think you have to disable your other plugin to check if theres a con flict on you plugin minis admin access manager which i disable it and remove.
Having the same problem.
The conflict is clearly between Backwpup plugin and Domain Mapping for Multisite plugin. As soon as you disable the sunrise option (which is required for domain mapping) in wp-config.php, then Backwpup works again.

I don’t use Multisite and any of it’s config’s and files, I also tried disabling all other plugins. Problem was still there.
Hi,
our plugin runs smooth on multisite and we also use it with Domainmapping on marketpress.com. Please add your own user the right “BackWPup Admin” at your profile page. Then you should get access to the plugin.

Same problem as others. I just tried updating backwpup and it crashed the backend. Presumably the BackWPUp admin access has to be granted prior to the update or you’ll get blocked? Error for me was a redirects error. Wasn’t able to get back in until I disabled the plugin manually. Would appreciate more info on resolving this, thanks.
Hi ncsumarit,
please try the solution provided in the topic about redirect error with 3.0.11.
