can't access posts from mobile device

Is there a way to make the featured images link to the posts (rather than just the icon/title that shows up when you hover over it)? Right now posts can’t be accessed from mobile devices – when you tap on any of the featured images, nothing happens. I would like for people to be able to see the post title and then get to the post when they tap on the featured image.
