• Hello,

This evening I’ve updated two plugins and my site has crashed. I’ve deleted the last plugins updated and everything has work again.

But now every time I install a plugin the web crash.
I’m using the theme Audioman and the web is almost ready, I can’t change the theme at this time.

    What can I do?

    Thank you for the help,
    Best regards.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi James!

    Thanks for your quick answer.

The problem now it ins’t with one plugin. Now every time I install one plugin the white screen appears, also when I switch off the old ones and I activate them again.

It’s like the web starts to die slowly, each second the admin desktop works worse.

I don’t know the origin of the problem…
Thank you for the help 🙂

Ok, switch off all of the plugins.

Are you able to install a new plugin with all other plugins off?

If so, reactivate 1 old plugin and repeat the process, until you find the 1 plugin that’s causing the problem.
