Can’t access user panel

I try to access the user panel but I only get the option to change my profile (colours, name, etc.). What I want to do is to get access to my pages so I can change the text on them, but I can’t find them anywhere.

I have contacted One.com since I have my website through them, but they told me I need to contact you to find out why I can’t find my pages.

Where do I find them and how do I update them?
