cant access wordpress admin on local mamp setup

i changed the default wp-admin page to /monkeyzone on my live website wordpress login via my itheme security pro plugin. I am setting up this site locally and upon backing up the live site and setting it up on my local mamp environment i noticed i can not login to the admin section. http://localhost:8888/pdg/monkeyzone gives me a 404 page not found error.

what is preventing this page from loading on my local Mamp Server? Do i need to update a setting on my local to get this to work?
