    Using an FTP Tool such as FileZilla, rename all theme folders except twentythirteen (upload it if not there) to old-theme_folder_name and the whole plugins folder to old-plugins.

    Now, you will be running a default WP up to date install. From there, you need to troubleshoot the theme (activate after naming back). If that works, it is a plugin. If not, it’s your theme. Rename the plugin folders one at a time and activate one at a time to find the culprit (or combination of them which is causing the issue).

    Make sure any caching in use is cleared including in your browser.
