Can’t access wp-admin & getting redirected

I’ve seached through the forums when others couldn’t access their wp-admin. I am also getting a blank page, but also the site is trying to redirect me to “http://profectio.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fwp-admin%2F”

I have deleted my theme and still get the two above problms.
I have also deleted ALL plugsin and still get the two above problems.

Any suggestions?
