Cant access wp-admin after attempting https

I went to Settings to change my links to https and now i cannot access my site via wp-admin. In Chrome I get a warning that my connection is not private. When I go to the like to continue another warning pops up saying that index.php was not found on the server, even though it is indeed on the server.

What can I do to fix this
