Can’t access wp login

    Hi,

    I can’t access wp admin, every time I attempt to login, I am unable to reach the page, and I am unable to access the website using the same IP.

    The wordfence traffic logs displays the login attempt as successful.

    Hi @jarryd192, thanks for detailing your issue.

    I am still a little uncertain if you’re seeing a Wordfence-branded block page, or nothing at all when you try to log in? Are you needing to disable Wordfence at any point, or just access the site from a different IP to see Live Traffic and the rest of your WordPress admin area?

    Do you have Wordfence 2FA and/or reCAPTCHA enabled, or are you only using username/password, and are there any custom or modified pages involved in the login process?

    Hi @wfpeter,

    I was just using my username and password but enabled 2FA after struggling to login to the WP Admin. The page after attempting to login would display “Could not reach the page”. I would have to access the site from a different IP each time but I would come back with same the problem. Wordfence logs displays the login attempt as either http 200 Success or http 302 found.
