Can’t activate 1.84

    Just keep getting this error
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/micehub.port.ac.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/carousel-slider/shortcodes/class-carousel-slider-shortcode.php on line 330

    PHP 5.3.3

    Afraid I don’t know the hosting environment.
    Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

    Hello,

    First I will suggest to upgrade your server to PHP7 or higher. But still I release version 1.8.5 by fixing short array syntax error.

    Upgrade Carousel Slider to version 1.8.5

    I am doubly impressed 🙂 First by your speedy reply and the fact that the fix just totally worked.

    I didn’t need to update PHP but I will take your advice and do so when I have another moment to look at it.
