Can’t Activate Basic License

    A client paid for the basic license but when I enter the key on their site I get an error. “There was a problem installing the plugin. Please install WPForms Pro plugin manually.” I can’t find a way to do this.

    Some hosting providers unfortunately do not support one-click addon installs, which sounds like the most likely case here. As an alternative, you can manually install WPForms:

    1 – Go to https://wpforms.com/account/licenses/ and download the WPForms plugin. Please be sure that this folder is zipped.
    2 – In your WordPress admin area, go to Plugins > Add New.
    3 – Upload the zipped folder for WPForms, and click on the Activate Plugin button.
    4 – Go to WPForms > Settings and verify your license key.
