Can’t activate CS Plugin or Delete it

I used to have the Code Snippets Plugin installed, but I removed it some time ago. I’d now like to use it again, but after installing it, when I activated it my site broke. In order to resolve I needed to deactivate the CS Plugin. I feel that I need to find my old code snippets and delete them. At the moment I can’t even delete the Code Snippets Plug in and Cloudways Support claims it’s a conflict with the plug-in itself. What can I do?
