Can’t activate plugin license

I bought a single license which I used on my staging build. When I deactivated the staging site license to then use on my live site, I couldn’t because it kepy saying the license was used on my staging site, which it no longer is.
I have not had a response from support (via your website) about this yet so I am forced to buy another license just to get my form working on the live site.
