Most likely there was an issue during the downloading process.

Hello,
It seems plugin do not have some required file, or it is not included.
It is file in plugin includes/base-widget.php , maybe you have also some other PHP notice or warning that cause this issue.
Please check PHP error log or WordPress debug log.

The plugin used to work fine, till I disabled it for testing an unrelated subject, but did not activate afterwards with the following error:

Please note that there is no other problems with php, same issue on php8.1 and php7.4.
No other plugin is having an issue to active or to work.
