Can’t activate protection

I have CleanTalk spam protection active on 2 or 3 Webites (I’m not sure because on my CT dashboard I’m told to update the plugin which I have but I’m still urged to update). The Websites that are protected by CleanTalk are well protected.
I added an additional Website (it’s paid for) however, protection on the added Website can’t be activated. I downloaded and activated the plugin. I entered and saved the access key assigned to the additional Website by CleanTalk. I submitted a test comment from [email protected]. The test comment cleared CleanTalk and WordPress just fine. I checked the firewall using the provided link: http://www.mysite.com/?sfw_test_ip=10.10.10.10. The Website isn’t protected.
In the settings of CT plugin there is an error message: “2019-02-05 08:51:39: Cron: Error occured while sending firewall logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=4”
My CT dashboard says: “Waiting for first comment, registration or contact”.
I had no problem installing or activating CleanTalk on the previous 3 Websites. Nothing works on the 4th. (I’m ready to add the next one!) Please help!
