Can’t activate the chat

    Hello,

    We are using your plugin since several months, however since the last days, we cannot make it work again. Usually we just activate it manually, but it does not appear anymore.
    We can see that the plugins says we are online, but when we go to the general parameters, we can’t put the select from no to yes, it seems like it’s not saving.

    Hi there,

    -Please uninstall and re-install the plugin.
    -Once you’ve re-installed it, try saving again. If it fails to save, you should see one of the tabs lighting up indicating that there are some fields with errors that you’ll need to fix.

    Hello,

    I uninstalled the plugin, it seems to work now.
    However, we can’t access to the parameters section, only this section is empty.

    Hi @alexisarpa3,
    may you provide us the following information?
    1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
    2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
    3) What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
    4) What is the selected language of your WordPress installation?

    Additionally you can disable other installed plugins one by one and try the WP live chat functionality because the empty page in settings form seems like a conflict with another plugin.
