Can't activate the Header

Hello,

I have a problem on my theme “Graphy”, I can’t activate the header, indeed, when I put my image in header and I save it, the image doesn’t exist my website…
If you have questions, I’m here, I hope you can help me 🙂

Maybe I found an information which can be useful, in wordpress/wp-content/themes/graphy/404.php , I have this message :
