Can't activate the plugin

Hi,

I am trying to activate the geodirectory x theme compatibility pack plugin. I am using wordpress 4.1 and geodirectory plugin is already activated.

When i press the activate button below the plugin, at the top of the page it say the plugin activated but when i scroll down i see that it is not activated. And also just below the geodirectory plugin it says “Deactivate all GeoDirectory dependent add-ons first before deactivating GeoDirectory.”

Do you think of what the problem is?
