Can't activate uvisualize

I’ve tried a few times to install this through the wordpress internal manager, and it keeps failing with this message:

The plugin generated 232 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

I tired removing the plugin entirely and starting again, but it produces the same error. When the plugin does activate, it does so without any modules available for activation.

I’m on wordpress 4.4.2 and other plugins are installing just fine. I’m on a personal wordpress server but I don’t currently have FTP access and was hoping to solve this without manually installing. Any ideas what could be going wrong?
