Can’t active the plugin

    Hello everyone,
    I’m having an issue with activating the plugin. Basically I wasn’t able to click “activate plugin” from the installed plugin menu. It said it’s disabled and it’s also grayed out. Can’t interact with the plugin at all. Is there anyway to fix it?

    There might be a conflict with other plugins. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and test if the issue persists then share screen recording with us.
    Additionally, please let us know if you have admin permissions or if you are a user with other roles.

    Hello support team,

    Thank you so much for the response. Fortunately I figured it out myself. It was a permission issue. I forgot to edit this thread earlier.
