Can’t Add Checkbox Options

    When I go to my settings page for this plugin, I see the following message.

    Your form contains deprecated GROUPINGS fields.

    Please remove these fields from your form and then re-add them through the available field buttons to make sure your data is getting through to Mailchimp correctly.

    So, I started to add new fields to replace the deprecated GROUPINGS fields. When I click the “List choice” button to create a new field and select “Checkboxes” as the choice type, I only see one choice option without the ability to add more options. The “X” button doesn’t do anything. How do I add more options?

    The site is running MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress version 4.7.5 and WordPress 5.3.2.

    Hello,

    Can you please share with us how many lists are created in this same account?

    Also, can you please go to the “MC4WP” menu and then click on the “Renew Mailchimp Lists” button and try this again?

    There is only one list in the account. I went to the “MC4WP” section and clicked “Renew Mailchimp Lists” button. I also verified the API key with Mailchimp. I still can’t add more than one option.

    Hey @depiction,

    The list choice shows options based on how many lists you have in your MailChimp account. If you have just 1 list, the List choice pop-up will only show 1 list.
