Could you please tell me what’s the problem are you facing adding a level to your client’s membership site?
You can add new access level by clicking “Add New” button on the following path
Admin -> Membership -> Access Levels

I viewed the video. As I mentioned the Access Level page does not appear that way. This is what I see when go the Access Level page: Access Levels/h2>. Apparently, something is wrong. The header is not showing up where I can add a new level. Thanks.

I figured it out. I deleted the extra levels my client set up and the header is now displaying correctly where I can add more levels.
