can’t add matic

Hello,
Would be happy to test the product but when i fill MATIC network (that shows in the dropdown menu), the program keeps prompting an error “Coin is not in service. Please make sure you have selected the coin name from the dropdown list when you have typed coin name. Still problem after selecting from dropdown? please contact [email protected] for more information.”
