    Hi Support,

    after trying to get your Support (Rodica Irodiu) via E-Mail which is not working (I setup staging + your Support Pluging + sent you the details), nothing from your site. Not even a status update. Even after more Emails asking about it and telling you it’s urgent.

    So I try my luck here…

    We have a lot of conditional logics, and when we want to add a new element, after saving it’s deleted. Sometimes it even deletes the previous element.
    When I add 3 new elements at once, the new ones are saved but the previous one before the 3 new ones is deleted…

    There are no logs in neither DEBUG nor ERROR log files.

    I disabled everything except Theme + CF7 + your Plugin….problem still exists.

    Also the ID is increasing crazy fast, seems like a similar issue to here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/action-gets-disabled-and-incorrect-numbering/

    Thank you for the follow up.

    I’ve checked our tickets, and the last communication I see is from us, where I’ve asked you to please provide a staging site. That happened on March 21st.

    There is no other email I can see from you.

    If you can follow up with us on email, we’ll be more than happy to investigate this.

    Thanks for your reply. I replied to your message (to [email protected]) on March 21st at 9:58, send another Email reminder on March 28th 9:11, and another one on April 1st 10:34.

    I will create new Login details for the staging and send it to you right now.

    If you don’t receive an E-Mail, please send me another address where I can send it to instead of [email protected].

    I’m sorry for the late reply. Can you please let me know what is the email you’ve used to contact us? Maybe I’m missing something. So far, I’m not able to see any reply from the email I suppose you’ve contacted us from.

    I am not happy to publish my email here. And I can’t find an option to send sensitive data hidden from the public. I sent you the E-Mails from the same E-Mail address I initially created the ticket from. I am writing in behalf oy my client who bought the license. We tried to login but it’s not working, neither is the PW reset for the clients email.

    The Plugin team resolved this ticket, but it’s not. The issue still exists.
    Besides a Mail stating that Themeisle acquired the Plugin and that we have to buy it again to get “a working version,” there is no support.
