    Hello,

    I have installed and activated the plugin. Now I wanted to add new form fields for the customer ticket system and/or add new ticket-categories. But I can’t add nothing. Did I forget to do something?

    Hello,

    You can add form fields from the setting. Please go to Support > Custom Fields > Ticket Form Fields and add form fields as your requirement.

    To add ticket categories please go to Support > Settings > Ticket Categories setting.
