Could be a plugin conflict, try to disable all other plugins (except woocommerce) and try again. While doing that open the browser’s developer console and see if any JS error message is displayed (If there any please post it here).
Hi Saravana,
Sorry for delay in responding, I was waiting for my developer site to be built so I could test by deactivating all plug ins apart from WC Fields Factory and WooCommerce.
With the recent update of WC Fields Factory I can now add Product Fields to groups (before disabling plug ins) – thank you! However, I am still unable to add conditions (before and after disabling all plug ins).
Clicking the down arrow alongside Conditions does nothing so it doesn’t reveal the fields for me to add the conditions – maybe that is an Ajax thing? (I’m not a developer though so forgive me if I’ve got that wrong).
Here’s the info from the Developer Console:
load-scripts.php:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
wcff-admin.js:1797 Uncaught TypeError: $(…).sortable is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (wcff-admin.js:1797)

at Function.ready (load-scripts.php:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (load-scripts.php:2)
post-new.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Many thanks for your help,
Karen
