Can't add/edit sections/settings

Hi!

Im not able to add or edit sections/settings. When clicking “Save changes” it just reloads the page with a success message “Settings updated” but without acually store the newly added sections/settings.

Im running the latest version which is 2.0.16

What is wrong?
