@alexnl Can you try and reset Site Kit from a browser incognito window before checking once more? If the same issue arises can you share the error you are encounting along with your Site Health information and we can assist further.

@jamesosborne I tried again, but got the 403 error. I have taken a screen shot of it and copied the Site info. Where can I send it? I’d rather not post that information here, publicly.
Thanks!
Alex
@alexnl May I ask who your website is hosted with, there could be a firewall or security rules at host level which is impacting setup. You can share your Site Health information here.

@jamesosborne It’s hosted through AWS and is running on Plesk.
I sent you the Site Health info as well as a screen video of the issue.
@alexnl Thanks for the update, very useful. All looks fine from the additional information provided. Can you check your AWS hosting environment, do you have any firewall in place which may be impacting setup?
To rule out the issue being with your WordPress configuration can you check with another site for the same issue, using a default theme and no additional plugins, while checking from a browser incognito window?
@alexnl just a quick update that we’re looking into the issue you may be experiencing here on our repository. We’ll keep you updated on the progress. Feel free to update the plugin to the latest version as well as provide any information requested above as it would be helpful for us to pass along. Thank you!
@alexnl we have just released version 1.4.0 which includes some fixes to address the issue. Could you update and let us know if it is resolved for you?

@reneesoffice I tried and it resolved the issue. It worked very well. I was able to authenticate the various services. Will try with a number of other sites I maintain.
Thanks!
@alexnl Great to hear it’s now working. Thanks for the update.
