Can't authorize

I’m having trouble authorizing. I’ve looked at all the posts about this and it seems that it’s often a problem with the callback url. That’s not my problem. I have the callback along with the key and secret.

I’m using this plugin for a site. I have 3 different copies of the site. One on my local machine for development, a preview site on a remote host and a production site on a different host/domain. I can authorize on my local machine and preview but not on production. I can remove and reauthorize on local and preview, but it doesn’t nothing on production. It doesn’t take me to the authorize page. I’m really stuck what could be the problem.
