I understand your question to mean that your WordPress does not update automatically?
If you do it manually, does it work?
Do you see any error messages in this context?
And is there any message about this under Tools > Site Health?

Unfortunately, your post is formatted in a way that makes it difficult to read. Do I understand correctly that in Tools > Site Health you see the message
No access to file system
in Tools > Site Health? Then there is something wrong with your hosting. File and directory permissions do not seem to be set correctly. As a result, WordPress cannot install updates, no matter what.
Contact your host’s support team for clarification.
