Since the most recent update (this morning) to Updraft Plus I can’t run a backup. This is the error I found in the log file.

0114.106 (1) backup_2020-10-27-0935_Asindera_f2435bd7a3da-db.gz: db: This file has not yet been successfully uploaded: will queue
0114.107 (1) Saving backup history. Total backup size: 133.4 MB
0114.110 (1) Requesting upload of the files that have not yet been successfully uploaded (5)
    0114.111 (1) PHP event: code E_NOTICE: Undefined index: (line 430, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php)
0114.112 (1) PHP event: code E_NOTICE: Trying to access array offset on value of type null (line 430, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php)
0114.113 (1) PHP Fatal error (Error) has occurred during backup uploads to the . Error Message: Call to a member function supports_feature() on null (Code: 0, line 430 in /home4/jamesprw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php)
0114.114 (1) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job

I need to be able to create backups prior to testing changes because of other errors. Please help – I can’t proceed making substantial changes to the site without an active backup. I never had any problems until the most recent update.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry, and thank you for the report. Please update to the just-released version 1.16.33.

(Happily your backup was successfully created; there was a crash afterwards, leading to a report saying it hadn’t finished successfully, but it is actually there).

With that version the message is now “apparently succeeded”. A little vague in my opinion but it’s better than “error”.

    Cheers.
