Can’t by Elementor Pro

Hello,

We purchased an Elementor license last year. At some point, it disconnected from our site, which displays “License incompatibility” without us understanding why.

If we follow the procedure to “Reactivate the license,” it does not resolve the issue.

Today, we wanted to renew our license for one year.

When it came time to pay, after filling out the credit card form, the amount displayed changed to 0€ and an error message appeared saying “Payment failed.”

You need to have a pro license to be able to send them a complaint. It’s a vicious circle.
