Can’t Change Default Avatar

    I just upgraded WP to 2.7, but I also had this issue in my last version; I was just hoping the upgrade would fix it.

    In the dashboard, I go to Discussion Settings, and try to change the default avatar. However, once I click the radio button then “change settings”, I get a 404 error. Is there a file from the installation I need to re-upload?

    If it helps, I used the Automatic Upgrade plugin to upgrade my installation both this time and the last time. I’m not sure what other information you might need.

    I still can’t change the default avatar through wp-admin (still getting a 404 error), but I did manage to change it by going directly to the database.
