Hi @huongcba!
When you go back to our settings, do you see the changes there or are they really not saved?
If they are not saved, there could be a JavaScript error in your admin area. You should use Chrome to figure out what is it -> go to our backend, where the saving doesn’t happen -> press F12 -> click on Console -> refresh the page. This should write out an error and from the url of the file you might be able to identify which plugin causes your problem.
Or just try to turn off your other plugins.
But if the changes were saved, there will be some stronger CSS codes on your website, which are probably changing every color. In that case please send me a link to your site and I will tell you where they are coming from!
Thanks for your care.
My changes are not saved. And this is an error when I press “save”.

Can I fix it ?

Hi @huongcba
This message is just a warning because we’re using an 8 digit color value to be able to specify the opacity of each color. It doesn’t cause saving problems.
Could you please contact us directly: https://nextendweb.com/contact-us/
to get better insight on the problem? Please refer to this topic when you submit the ticket.
